Creator Finance was founded by Joseph Conte, an experienced tax professional who spent years working at the largest and most respected accounting firm in the world. While the firm provided excellent service, Joseph recognized a gap in offering more personal, accessible, and affordable solutions.

With over 20 years of experience running a successful tax practice serving individuals with income across multiple states, Joseph gained invaluable insight into the unique challenges faced by those with diverse revenue streams. This experience inspired him to launch Creator Finance, where the focus is on simplifying multi-state tax preparation and providing tailored business financial services for content creators and online entrepreneurs. Today, our team is dedicated to helping creators manage their finances effortlessly, allowing them to focus on what they do best—creating.

With over a decade of experience, Dan Maurer serves as the Operations Officer and lead tax preparer at Creator Finance. His in-depth knowledge of tax laws, including the complexities faced by professionals with multi-state income, ensures our clients receive expert guidance. AJ Miller serves as our Lead Tax Support, bringing a strong academic foundation and a client-first approach to his role. A graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor’s degree in National Security and Political Science, AJ also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). For the past two years, he has excelled as a tax preparer and onboarding work paper specialist on our team.
